I was born and raised in St. Francisville and am a graduate of LSU. I earned an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Development and a Master's Degree in Social Work.
I have worked as a counselor for the 20th JDC District Attorney's Office and served as a court appointed substance abuse and domestic violence therapist for Baton Rouge City Court.

For the past 15 years, I have been working with kids as a teacher and social worker. I also happen to be a mom of imperfect kids. So, I understand feeling overwhelmed with adulting and the constant worry about doing the right thing.
