Her clinical services range from Perinatal Mental Health and Grief Counseling to specialized support for Court-Involved Clients. Brittany works with individuals on probation, parole, or those requiring court-ordered sessions, offering a supportive environment to fulfill legal mandates while genuinely working toward personal stability. She combines this practical advocacy with deep clinical empathy, helping every client—regardless of their circumstances—build the skills needed to thrive.

About Me

Brittany Saxton brings a grounded, real-world perspective to therapy. With a Master’s in Social Work from LSU and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from McNeese State University, Brittany combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the daily challenges families face.

Transitioning from community support to clinical therapy, Brittany understands that mental health doesn't happen in a vacuum—it is deeply connected to our environment, our relationships, and our routines. Her therapeutic approach is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s complexities to build resilience and emotional well-being.

Brittany offers a unique, empathetic lens shaped by her diverse professional history. Her background as a birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula allows her to hold space for clients experiencing profound life transitions and grief. Additionally, as a mother of four and an experienced advocate for educational accommodations, she is passionately equipped to support parents and individuals navigating systems of care.

Insurances

While not in network, Brittany can see private insurance clients for $50 per session

Medicaid clients pay $15

Probation and Parole clients please call for a quote. Court ordered sessions are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
